1. Contact Us

Through this site, Singapore residents may email the iDECIDE Program with questions about the program or its activities. As part of that process, the iDECIDE Program collects personal identifying information, such as member or visitor’s name, street or email address, phone number, or any other information which, when used by itself or with other data, might identify a member or visitor to the site individually. To protect your safety, you should not provide the iDECIDE Program with any personal information that is not specifically requested, such as your personal medical history. We will use the information provided to respond to any direct questions. Personal identifying information is used only for our legitimate business interests, including complying with applicable laws and regulations. We may share the personal information provided when contacting our company, with our affiliates, business partners, and other limited and carefully screened third-parties. Occasionally, the iDECIDE Program Site may send members special offers on behalf of carefully screened marketing partners. However, we do not provide these companies with personal information under any circumstances.

Service members may, at any time, update their membership information or cancel their membership by calling 6277 6277. To protect the security and integrity of your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to personal identifying information.

If you cancel your membership, we will no longer send you mailings; however, we will retain your personal information in an archive for record-keeping purposes. Due to business processes, you may receive a mailing after you cancel your membership.
