How to lose weight through satiety?
Satiety is a feeling of pleasant fullness and satisfaction after a meal. Once the body has had sufficient nourishment, the brain will signal to you that you have had enough. At this point, you will stop eating and declare that you are full.
However, more and more people are becoming less sensitive to the signal to stop and are eating more than their bodies can take. Therefore, after a meal, many complain of being full to the point of discomfort rather than experiencing a pleasant feeling of fullness.
